Vitamin D!

My mind is clear. All the Baltimore toxins are becoming a distant memory. It was 80 degrees today. I grabbed an old paperback and layed on my pier. The sun beat down on my bones. Baking in the sun in December is a beautiful thing. I must purchase a camera. There a pictures that need to be taken. Bucolic bliss is a remedy that should be touted more often.

Uhhhh Lori, I may just pray a blizzard come to remind you to be humble. I'd ask for rain but snow sounds better right now after reading about your day.

Lw,
I do believe there is something to be said for the healing qualities of the sun..Thanks for stopping by!

WM- Ok OK Ok, I get it. Humility is one of my issues I am working on. Plus I will get a taste of the north in a couple weeks. Gotta go to B-More to see Baggy Pants. If I see one snowflake I know where I shall lay the blame. LOL..

Oh you are so lucky; when I saw your post's title (Vitamin D) it reminded me of what the rheumatologist told me when I saw her, that I am probably Vitamin D deficient and this is why I have thin bones, because my body won't absorb calcium properly without the appropriate amounts of Vitamin D. And there you are, lying in th sun...I'm jealous!!! I'm glad for you though, I truly am. Enjoy!!

there is indeed, and latest research shows massive benefits from extra vit-d intake, at least 2,000 iu/day
