Tears

Got my first paycheck..$78.00...This next one will be my full one, but now we all got letters that due to the economy all of our hours are cut. I have three shifts next week. Good news. I got hired at re-hired at Denny's. So when I get off work tomorrow I have to be there at 4pm to fill out my new hire paper work. The struggle never fucking ceases...sorry for cursing but I was in tears today.

Whitemist- You summmed up how I feel completely. I was promised a minimum of 32 hours a week. The botttom line though, if I am honest, I am a waitress. I am going to Denny's to fill out the paper work after I finish this morning's shift. She forgot when she made the schedule that I wasn't going to get out of the store til midnight. So here I sit with about 4 hour of sleep ready to work til 3 pm. Not a chipper girl today. I don't like alot of ups and downs, too much for me mentally. Hope you are well.

WM...I didn't. I won. I got rehired at Denny's today after working crazy hours. He knows I used to have a drug problem but heard I was a legendary waitress. I signed a piece of paper saying I would be on probation for the first month. He owns the restaurant. Kenny and I got married when I worked there. He worked there too as a cook. I made excellent money. I start Monday. You know I can't throw the towel in. I am not built to be a quitter. Plus, waitressing is what makes me happy. It is what I enjoy doing. Starting to see the light at the end of this spiraling tunnel.
