Going offline

The truck is here. Time to go in the early am. tomorrow. Scared, unsure, but did find a job. So hopefully I shall be back online Tuesday or Wednesday. The stretch of 95 is long and tiresome. I will be all beat up by the time we get there. So I will mess everyone of you who has been keeping up with my life journey. Shall let you know as soon as I am wired up and all is well. I care for everyone of you and wish you nothing but the best, peace and happiness.

Love,

Lori

You'll be missed Lori, very much. Sorry we never got to get together while you were here; Lord willing, we'll get to one day. I still wish you had come and joined us, but I understand you have to do what your heart leads you to do. Always remember, "You have to go the way your blood beats. If you don't live the only life you have, you won't live some other life, you won't live any life at all."
-James Baldwin

Take care, and make sure to hit me up when you get there.

Love you!

Pookie- You are right about where the blood beats. I wish we wouldn't have crossed paths, but this is where I feel at home. It even smells like home. Be blessed my friend.

Brother Frankie-
The trip was uneventful thank God, except for too long. It is just starting to change seasons here and it is my favorite time of year. I guess I am real and need to live where the people around me are real as well. I call things like I see them and I think that is a little too brutal for the south. They like to smile and be genteel and than talk about every one they just went to church and prayed with. I call that hyprocrisy.

Brother Frankie-

That was one of the things I disliked about the one local church. During deaths and weddings they are superb, come to your house in droves. Yet, when people are poverty struck, their purse strings are exceptionally tight. I waited on all these church going folks. There are a few I truly liked. The rest, I would just get ill, listening to them speak of their "neighbors" they had just prayed with.
