Not much to write today. Things are going ok, work is going fantastic. I have to be back in at 2pm today. I know it feels good to work somewhere that I am proud to serve the food. Gotta sign off now and get somethings done around here before I go in...

That is awesome. Often times I have seen people underestimate the power of a fine meal and dining out. It can be so powerful. That was why I feel in love with the art of cooking in the first place....Someone could be having the worst time....just in a bad way for themselves ...and they get a good meal with some love injected in it and it can change everything just that fast.
Good for you...
My grandmother was a server for her entire life. I know she touched so many people and made such a difference in so many peoples lives doing so. Tis a magical thing.
